Michigan Metrology Glossary of Texture Parameters
Michigan Metrology measurement reports contain an Excel spreadsheet with various surface texture parameters, which may include parameters from the following groups:
- 3D Height Parameters
- 3D Spatial Parameters
- 3D Functional Parameters
- 3D Hybrid Parameters
- 2D Stylus X and Y Parameters
- Legacy (WYKO) 3D Parameters.
